What if: Original Sin
This is a different kind of blog I am writing right now which will probably be a new thing that I will be doing from now on. It would not be focused on me, but rather it will focus on the WHAT IF.
What if the original sin that Adam and Eve committed did not happen? What if Adam and Eve did not eat the Forbidden Fruit?
Original Sin
The Original Sin is the sin that Adam committed or the consequence of this first sin, the hereditary stain with which we are born on account of our origin or descent from Adam.
Effects of the Original Sin
A. Death and Suffering
B. Concupiscence
C. The absence of sanctifying grace in the new-born child
What if
So what if Adam and Eve did not commit the Original Sin? If Adam and Eve had never sinned, today’s world would not be the same of how it was before. Instead it would be exactly the way God meant it to be. But what would that be like?
God meant Adam and Eve to live in a perfect world forever meaning no death, illness, evil or war. It would be how it was- harmony and and peace. Can you imagine a world wherein there is harmony with each other, with nature with God? There would have been no death, so Adam and Eve could have still be alive today. And since there will be no hindrance to evolve, our minds would have been developed. Technology could have been far better than what we have today. But Adam and eve did commit the original sin. They did rebel against God making sin come into our lives. But wouldn't it have been great if they didn't?
